1. Space #1 is located on the second floor. It rents for $385.00 and is 256 usable square feet in size. This space is located on Taylor Street and has a northern exposure. Space #1 and #2 can be rented together as 1 suite because of a door that connects them.

3 . Space #6 is located in the front of the Mount Baker Block Building on Water Street. It is about 251 useable square feet and rents for $390.00 per month. It is on the second floor.

4. Space #18 can be found on the second floor and looks out on Taylor Street. This suite is approximately 330 square feet and rents for $436.00 per month. It has hot/ cold water hook-ups and could accomodate a sink for a hair dresser, etc.

5. Space 20/21 is located on Taylor Street and is on the second floor. It is approximately 471 useable square feet and rents for $625.00. It is one of the few spaces that has a sink.

6. Space #35 is now available for lease. It is approximately 300 useable square feet and rents for $420.00 per month. It is located on the third floor in the back of the building.

7. Space #38 located on the third floor of the Mount Baker Building. It is 606 square feet in useable space and leases for $600.00.

8. Retail space T213 is located at street level on the first floor and is adjacent to Kitsap Bank on Taylor Street. It has a restroom with toilet and sink. The size is about 885 useable square feet and leases for $1500.00 plus NNN per month. Electricity is not included in the rent on this space.
